Activision Blizzard

Ok so apparently Blizzard (Starcraft, WOW, Diablo, etc.) has merged with Activision (Guitar Hero, Call of Duty, etc.) to form Activision Blizzard. You know I hate to say this but I am really unsure of this deal. Granted I don't expect the quality of the games that will now be produced to go down but I am really unsure of the idea of two big companies merging. I really think that the game industry needs to stay somewhat broken up to help keep competition up, resulting in greater variety unique games being produced. But I guess for now we can only wait and see what comes from this merger.
